Abstract

The Psychiatric Genomics Consortium for PTSD has assembled the largest collection of PTSD cohorts, including >1.25M participants, with 80,000 participants of non-European ancestries. To reach this size, diverse data sources were combined, including clinical diagnoses, self-report, and PTSD diagnosis from electronic health records. We present GWAS and post-GWAS analyses that form the most comprehensive picture of PTSD genetics to date.
