Abstract

CHH clinical behavior can be innocuous or life-threatening. Thrombocytopenia, coagulation disorders, and increased liver enzymes at diagnosis seem to be the main predictors of mortality. • Congenital Hepatic Hemangiomas (CHHs) are benign vascular tumors whose clinical behavior can be innocuous or life-threatening. • Thrombocytopenia, coagulation disorders and increased liver enzymes at diagnosis seem to be the main predictors of mortality in these patients.
