Abstract

(Reg Anesth Pain Med. 2022;47:131–133) Postdural puncture headache is thought to be caused by the leaking of cerebrospinal fluid through puncture holes in the dural sac. This study used an ex vivo sheep model to examine the time and mode of closure of dural puncture holes after 1, 3, and 7 days following dural puncture.
