Abstract
目的 观察人胆管癌细胞系QBC939细胞脱落过程形态学变化,研究其生物学特性.方法光镜、扫描电镜观察原位培养的人胆管癌细胞系QBC939及其脱落细胞的形态学变化,收集脱落细胞,保存在悬浮状态,分别在1、2、4、8、12和24 h接种,计数其1 h后贴壁细胞数并观察其生长情况.结果人胆管癌细胞系QBC939培养至第5天时,光镜可见大量的脱落细胞,扫描电镜可见培养细胞巢状结构中间细胞逐渐变圆,微绒毛逐渐减少,以至消失,在贴壁细胞的邻近面细胞膜也出现同样改变,脱落细胞接种1 h后,可见细胞贴壁生长,各时间组其贴壁细胞数无显著差异.结论人胆管癌细胞系QBC939细胞具有抗脱落凋亡特性,体外培养QBC939 细胞存在脱落-漂浮-种植-生长现象。
