Abstract
Image segmentation with prior information is most vital and important part of image processing. Various kind of image segmentation techniques are used to partition the images in small parts in form of region known as segments, it contains a set of pixels to analysis of every important information regarding segmentation from all the images. Information retrieval techniques become more simplified and easier by using segmentation where gradients and ridged lines of images took most important role. MRI images most relevant and crucial information can get by using this process. A comparative analysis of different watershed segmentation techniques on different medical MRI Images along with all the statistical approaches to represent image improved segmentation presented in this paper.
