Abstract

Although the recent advances in the management of breast cancer and the reported increased survival rates over the past years, the disease still constitutes a significant burden on patients and healthcare systems. To enhance the survival rates of patients with breast cancer, improved treatment modalities and early detection of the malignancy are two key elements to achieve this goal. We aim to present a case that was previously diagnosed with bilateral breast cancer, together with multiple bony masses and survived for more than 20 years after the administration of certain treatment regimens. We have discussed the management approaches that were administered to this patient, which calls for future investigations to study the efficacy of these management modalities in enhancing the outcomes of similar cases.
