AbstractThe COVID-19 disease, caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus, strengthened professional training and certification processes and integrated industrial processes for professionals. As a viable solution for fortifying education in the COVID-19 era, it comprises the integration of Open Adult Learning Courses on the Internet and their integration with information stored on digital educational platforms. This work aims to establish, through the integration of Open Online Courses and digital platforms, a set of steps for improving the quality of online courses in the teaching-learning process. The Delphi with expert criterion method assesses the effectiveness of integrating open online courses and digital platforms for quality assurance. The time factor is critical for laying the groundwork for integrating Open Online Intensive Courses and digital learning platforms.
