Abstract

Physical teaching methods in colleges and universities refers to a relatively stable and targeted teaching process structure and corresponding teaching method system with the help of specific teaching guidance ideology and according to certain physical teaching theory or teaching rules. It is connecting physical quality education disciplines. The bridge between theory and physical education practice occupies an important position in physical education. This paper will study the practice of MOOC in college physical education. This paper proposes a MOOC teaching model research method to investigate the MOOC model and its application, and by designing control experiment testing the two teaching models on students’ final grades, autonomous learning ability, teaching effect evaluation, and teaching satisfaction evaluation Impact. The following practice shows that the physical education teaching based on MOOC can well meet the requirements is compared with the traditional teaching model, the students' final grades have increased by 15%, and their independent learning ability has increased by 21%.
