Abstract
A variable pitch screw propeller, wherein the blade root is screwed into a threaded sleeve, the latter at its base, has secured thereto a flanged annular member, the sleeve portion of which is of smaller diameter than the root carrying the thread and acts as a journal for a foot bearing.
