Abstract
We studied Monte Carlo simulations of three dimensional(3D) classical anisotropic XY-spin glass model with bonding disorder and frustration. We argued the relation between 3D array, with weakly coupled superconducting grains and 3D classical anisotropic XY-spin glass model. The physical quantities such as susceptibility and specific heat were obtained. We also investigated phase diagram of intrinsic critical current and vortex pinning of 3D Josephson-Junction Arrays(JJA).
