This correspondence introduces circuit techniques for reducing the effect of current gain mismatch errors in the popular monolithic integrated circuit current-switch digital-to-analogue converter (DAC). Additional circuit modifications reduce second-quad errors and eliminate the need for integral V/SUB BE/ grading.
