Through a mix of original studies, informative review articles, and unique case reports, PIDJ delivers the latest insights on combating disease in children — from state-of-the-art diagnostic techniques to the most effective drug therapies and other treatment protocols. It is a resource that can improve patient care and stimulate your personal research. VISION:The Pediatric Infectious Disease Journal will improve the health of children globally by fostering a better understanding of infectious disease prevention and treatment in children. MISSION: The Pediatric Infectious Disease Journal will serve ESPID and its members as well as the global infectious disease community as the leading resource for publication of pediatric infectious disease research and acting as a forum to further the education of pediatricians and specialists in pediatric infectious disease globally.
