Abstract
ABSTRACT A comprehensive field data set from foam stimulation treatments is presented that illustrates the use of improved instrumentation, quality control (QC) and flowback practices. The integration of the field instrumentation with computer monitoring and real-time instrument cross-checks is also presented. The field tests of the instrumentation illustrates the application of magnetic flow meters to reliably measure actual foam flow rate. Foam flowback procedures are presented that provide controlled, monitored and clean return of foamed fluid.
