Abstract

The results of long-term observations of the condition of tree species in artificial plantings of the Chinese elm, black locust and Russian olive in the arid conditions of the Terek-Kuma lowland are summarized. The peculiarities of growth, blooming and fruit-bearing of the species in near-desert conditions is studied.
