Abstract

In this paper, the mine subsidence in Luanchuan county, Henan Province is investigated using time-series InSAR technique. 9 ALOS PALSAR images from May 11, 2008 to November 17, 2010 were used to generate 21 interferograms with vertical baselines less than 2000m. The results show that average subsidence velocity in Lanchuan mining area is 0 ~-59mm/year. The subsidence velocity in the north is faster than that in the south and the east faster than the west. Subsidence taken place mainly in Lengshui, Chitudian and Shizimiao Town with a velocity over -35mm/year.
