Abstract

The results of the analysis with an assessment of the features of the formation of products from thin-walled sheet structures made of titanium alloys using diffuse welding (DS) technologies are presented. The analysis of the development of low- and high-temperature deformation in the contact zone at the DS of titanium thin-walled three-layer structures of the T-type is carried out, taking into account the ratio of the thickness of the welded work pieces and their initial microstructure. The estimated data on the influence of the technological parameters of the DS and the micro-structural state of the welded titanium billets on the kinetics of the development of the formation of the welded joint and its mechanical properties are given.
