Abstract
TKMB control system for monitoring of high concentration of Methane is designed for increasing mine safety especially in the collieries, subjected to sudden outbursts of coal and gas. The systemis intended for the centralized continuous automatic remote monitoring of the high concentration of methane in underground workings, simultaneous data recording at the control room station, as well as for the effective evaluation of the gas situation in the mine under any gas-dynamic conditions. The control TKMB system measures the methane concentration from 0 to 100 percent with basic admissible error no less than ± 9%.
