Abstract
The Abelmoschus Manihot (AM) is one of the Traditional Chinese Medicine herbs be used in the treatment of some kidney diseases. The total flavonoids of AM (TFA) are the main extracts. Up to date, the detailed mechanisms by which AM improves some kinds of renal disease are still not fully understood. In the current study, we aimed to evaluate the role and mechanisms of TFA in Adriamycin-induced renal tubular injury both in vitro and in vivo.
