Abstract

When the formal solution to the algebra of currents is saturated with vector-meson resonances, the first-order momentum dependence of ${f}_{+}({q}^{2})$ is related to $\ensuremath{\Gamma}(\ensuremath{\omega}\ensuremath{\rightarrow}{\ensuremath{\pi}}^{0}+\ensuremath{\gamma})$ and is in agreement with experiments on ${{K}_{l3}}^{+}$ and ${{K}_{l3}}^{+}$ decays.
