Abstract

A California‐based managed care company has agreed to settle allegations that it fraudulently billed Massachusetts' government health plan for mental health services delivered by unlicensed and improperly supervised staff. Under the terms of last month's settlement, Molina Healthcare Inc. will pay the federal government and state of Massachusetts a total of $4.625 million.
