Abstract

Objective: To evaluate the utility of tissue microarrays (TMAs) to study differential gene expression in endometriosis and to assess the expression of ER-α, PR, matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs)-1, 7, and 11, dosage-sensitive sex adrenal hypoplasia congenita critical region on the X chromosome gene 1 (DAX-1), and Caveolin-1 (CAV-1).
