Abstract

A molecular phylogenetic study of some species of the Campanulaceae family has been carried out using marker sequences of the ITS1 gene 5.8S rDNA-ITS2. The results of Sanger sequencing revealed a separate clade of some species with a large level of differences among themselves. For Mzymtella sclerophylla Kolak., the presence of a unique ribotype was shown.
