Abstract

Under the guidance of Molecular Networking (MN), four new azaphilone derivatives (1–3 and 5) and a new isoprenyl-substituted benzoate derivative (6) were isolated from the deep-sea-derived fungus Talaromyces indigoticus FS688 together with a known analogue (4). The structures of the new compounds were elucidated by comprehensive spectroscopic analysis as well as the quantum chemical ECD calculations. The bioactivities tests indicated that compound 4 exhibited significant NO prodcution and α-glucosidase inhibitory activities with the IC50 values of 31.1 and 22.7 μM, which were more potential than their corresponding positive control.
