Abstract
Molecular relaxation in the 10–10 6 Hz region in a solid amorphous polymer PMMA has been detected by photon correlation spectroscopy. Relaxation times are found to depend strongly on sample annealing and sample temperature equilibration. The main relaxation frequencies, determined around the glass-rubber transition. T g, are in good correspondence with values obtained by other methods.
