Abstract
The temperature dependence of the saturation magnetization in R 2Co 17 compounds is analyzed in a two-sublattice model. Molecular field coefficients are calculated by a numerical fitting method, and from the coefficients T-T, T-R and R-R interaction energies and spin coupling constants are determined in R 2Co 17, RCo 5, RFe 3, R 6Fe 23 compounds.
