Abstract
Hydroxyl radicals in the vibrational states v = 5 to v = 9 of the ground 2π 3/2 J =3/2 state have been detected by electron paramagnetic resonance at X-band frequencies. From an analysis of the complete spectra, five molecular parameters were obtained for each v Adopting Van Vleck's hypothesis of pure precession, we have determined λ v and the matrix element (Π{| BL y }|Σ υ.
