Hiperemezis gravidarum ve hipertiroidizm bulgulari ile ortaya cikan ve yaygin plasental molar degisiklikle normal fetusun birliktelik gosterdigi gebelik olgusuna amniyosentez uygulandi. Normal karyotipli fetus saglikli bir sekilde terme ulasti. Sezaryen ile dogurtuldu. Molar gebelikle birlikte normal karyotipli fetus varliginda annenin yakin takibiyle gebeligin devami onerilebilir.
