Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of moisture adsorption on porous silicate glass. The ways of creating and controlling the parameters of the glass porosity are considered. The optimal processes of formation of the sizes of the pores, in which the sensitivity to humidity is the highest, have been established. The operating temperature range of the sensor has been determined, which exceeds existing analogs in terms of this characteristic. The structural diagram of the humidity sensor created on porous glass is given.
