Abstract

A DOUBLE exposure hologram can be produced if an object (C) is illuminated by a spherical coherent wavefront originating from a point source (A). Observations can be made from another point (B), at a distance L from A and a photographic plate (P) between C and B can be used to record all the optical information from C. P also must be illuminated by a reference beam1–6.
