Abstract
We have described graded contractions of the Virasoro algebra. The highest weight representations of the Virasoro algebra have been constructed. The reducibility of representations is analised. In contrast to standard representations the contracted ones are reducible except some special cases. Moreover we have found an exotic module with null-plane on the fifth level.
