Abstract
The article is devoted to modern challenges of inclusive education and readiness to solve them by the leaders of educational organizations. The relevance of the theory and practice of inclusive education is considered in the context of its connection with the modern understanding of the education and the importance of inclusion as a key component of the role of education in society. The factors necessary for the implementation of inclusion by school leaders in the educational institution are substantiated. The issue of reflection of the requirements for inclusive education in the structure and content of the continuous development of leaders in the field of education is investigated. The conclusion is made about the need for significant changes in the programs of in-service training of pedagogical staff, aimed at fundamentally changing the quality of the educational environment, in which differences between students are perceived as the potential for their development, and inclusion is a means of promoting academic, practical, social and emotional learning for all students.
