Abstract

We investigate the photofluorescence (PL) of ZnCdS/CdSe quantum dots (QDs) film by modulating with graphene QDs. The modulated spectra show a blue shift from 539.86 nm to 534.76 nm. At the same time, the intensity of fluorescence spectrum after modulation is obviously higher than that without modulation. Femtosecond transient absorption results of the QDs film show the addition of graphene QDs can effectively increase the lifetime of photons and provide more energy levels. In addition, a simple resonator structure of the capillary microcavity is designed based on the principle of laser generation and finally obtained at 531.9 nm laser output in the fluorescence peak of the ZnCdS/CdSe QDs in the experimental, which indicates that the ZnCdS/CdSe QDs laser is feasible. The results will also play an important role in the research and development of other QDs lasers.
