Abstract
Modularity of the lattice of all fuzzy subgroups of a quasi-Hamiltonian group is established. That the lattice of all normal fuzzy subgroups of an arbitrary group is modular follows as a corollary. The generation technique for a fuzzy group and a normal fuzzy group is given, and explicit formulas for such generated entities are deduced.
