Abstract

This paper illustrates procedures and benefits of the modular approach developed to evaluate Texas's Nutrition Education and Training (NET) Program. It shows how meta-analysis or similar summarizing methods can be adapted to assemble a program “panorama” from “snapshots” of individual program elements. The result is a design that encourages use of evaluation data to improve program operations and support strategic planning and program development.
