Abstract

The mathematical simulation of neutron-physical processes in multipoint models of kinetics is examined. Promising modifications of such models along the lines of enlarging the assortment of weighting functions, description of the couplings between the reactor zones, and taking account of the peculiarities of the neutron kinetics in the general form of mixtures of the fissioning nuclides are formulated. Corrections are introduced into the assumptions of the well-known theory of coupled reactors.
