Abstract
Abstract This article presents the results of studies of the properties of the fine-grained concrete components treated with low-temperature non-equilibrium plasma (LTNP). There is an analysis of the influence of LTNP on the phase composition of Portland cement, the sand gradation, and the properties of concretes. It has been shown that after treating Portland cement, quartz sand, and mixing water with plasma, a remarkable reduction of the setting time, a decrease in the water requirement of quartz, and an acceleration of hardening of fine-grained concretes take place. It has been found that plasma modification of fine-grained concrete components makes sense.
