Abstract

Today, university institutions face the question of relevance, modernity and innovation of the educational content and specialties they offer. With Ukraine’s entry into the global educational environment, migration and interest in education in Ukraine from the potential foreign student’s, the demand for teaching in English is growing. At the same time, the number of teachers who could do it well, unfortunately, is insufficient to meet such demand. And most importantly, the modern young generation has another ideas about success and the strategy to achieve it, in which education is perceived not as a social elevator and a tool for career building, but as element of their uniqueness, means of realizing their creative potential. Multidisciplinary specialties replace single-profile specialties.
