Abstract

Problem posing. Providing educational services to foreigners from Ukrainian universities as a business line today is a priority in education. Goal. The study of the dependency of dynamics of the domestic education internationalization processes development, export of educational services to the quality, competitiveness and preservation of the potential of higher education in Ukraine is the purpose of the article. Methodology. Analytical methods of researching the current trends of the domestic market of educational services, problems existing on the way of recruiting foreign citizens to study in Ukraine are used in the article. Results. Factors hindering the export of Ukrainian educational services: imperfect regulatory framework, insufficient development of social and living conditions, medical care of foreign students, their safety, insufficient level of possession of the language of instruction and insufficient result of information and advertising work are defined. As the main factor is the absence of target state program. The shortcomings of the domestic system of recruiting foreign students are lack of clear coordination of actions of all key actors at the state and regional levels and an effective marketing recruiting strategy is established. Originality. The complex of actions is offered, which facilitates the recruiting process for foreign students’ study in Ukraine: the introduction of support for the export of universities at the state level; providing information support recruiting, entering Ukrainian ZVO to the world market, the expansion of foreign economic relations and the range of educational services; introduction of special export support programs at the expense of state and local budgets; expansion of geography of educational services export. Practical value. Expansion of the export of educational services is one of the promising directions of development not only for the Ukrainian higher education, which constantly exists under conditions of insufficient financing of the educational sphere, but also for the economic development of Ukraine in general.
