Abstract

The types of tremor differ in the rate of generation, the conditions of occurrence, and the association with other motor disorders and require meticulous medical analysis. Most diseases are accompanied by tremor progress, resulting in limitations of working capacity and domestic activities. Existing information on heterogeneity and polysimptomatics of essential tremor, blurred boundaries of diagnosis of dyastonic and essential tremor, or trembling forms of Parkinson's disease and essential tremor, a variety of generation sources of different variants of tremor, uncertainty of specificity of drug and neurosurgical treatments, need to be confirmed by large, placebo-controlled, randomized, blind study.
