Abstract

急性肝功能衰竭(acute liver failure,ALF)是指病人突然发生大量肝细胞坏死或出现严重的肝功能损害,并在起病8～24周内出现肝昏迷的一种综合征.在我国约90%是由于急性重型肝炎所致,在欧美国家多由药物中毒所致。
