Abstract

Based on the analysis of special literature, modern methods of prevention and treatment of postoperative dental hyperesthesia were studied. Modern methods of preventing hyperesthesia after preparation aim to maintainthe viability and activity of the toothpulp. In contrast, grinding teeth should be carried out in conditions protected from external influences. Artificially synthesized hydroxyappatite, modern desensitizers, electrophoresis 30%, silver nitrate solution, 1% sodium fluoride solution, potassium nitrate, low-intensity laser is effective in modern prevention and treatment of sensitivity after grinding.Taking into account the safety zones on the teeth is an important factor in preventinghypersensitivity after tooth preparation. Our research on this topic confirms that the above approaches prevent damage to the pulp tissues of the tooth. The use of the above methods of prevention prevents injury to the pulp of healthy teeth, which significantly reduces complications in dental prostheticsKeywords:Teeth preparation, hyperesthesia, desensitizers, low intensity leser, high intensity leser, adhesive systems, primer, bonding
