Modern forensic medical electronic information systems within the framework of medical reform

Abstract

The purpose of the work. The introduction of modern forensic electronic medical information systems into the work of the forensic medical service as part of the medical reform in Ukraine.Material and methods. Studied domestic experience in the use of electronic information systems in the work of the forensic medical service on literary sources and personal experience in this direction is worked out. Applied analysis and synthesis, correlation and comparison of the studied phenomena.Results. Proposed modern approaches to address issues of effective forensic work, both in determining the causes of the death of a violent origin, and laboratory diagnostics, as well as proper organization of the work of the forensic bureau.Conclusion. Medical reform requires the achievement of a high modern level of work of the forensic medical service. It is necessary to develop and implement electronic forensic medical information systems that will be integrated into domestic information systems and central databases of the medical industry and relevant central authorities and law enforcement agencies.
