Abstract
In accordance with the Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Education, adopted by the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation in February 2020, the implementation of various educational programs provides for the use of educational technologies. The article discusses the relevance of the search for modern technologies for teaching English to law students in the context of the implementation of the Federal State Educational Standard (3++). The author analyzes the possibilities of new pedagogical technologies and reveals their advantages. Based on the analysis of tasks for students, the author concluded that modern educational technologies contribute to the formation of foreign language competence in the process of teaching a professionally oriented foreign language course.
 The article discusses modern educational technologies that are convenient to use when teaching a foreign language. Educational technologies include several convenient technological tools, an affordable, free, convenient service for work that can be used when preparing presentations, creating documents, various tables, as it offers a huge number of visual design options. The main results of the study are the scientific substantiation of the effectiveness of educational material.
