Abstract

The article presents modern aspects of the pathogenesis of hypoxic-ischemic brain lesions in newborns. The pathophysiological mechanisms of development (phases of energy deficiency features of glutamatin receptor metabolism, role inflammation, gender characteristics and gene polymorphism) of hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy in newborns are presented.
