Abstract
In the period of our prophet Muhammad saw. Islam came asexcellent as possible, elegant, tolerant, easily and flexible in itsapplication. But after our prophet died and Islam territory becamewidely till far from Arabia and has assimilated with the local cultureand though, men began to think and ask something not found before.Therefore began to make basic though guiding the Islamicapplication that focus in 'tth madzhab' formatting. Ina side, itbrought a positive effect because men have an exactly guide to applytheir religion's values. But in other side, the variety guides that havebe made by the Islamic Juries make difficulty in religion practice inanyone's mind. Ushul Fiqh and Fiqh science became in focus. Andthan it further difficult after the 'madzhab' followers have a deepfanatical till every of them feels that his 'madzhab' and 'manhqi ' aretrue. Islamic solidarity not be focused of attention. It is not like this.Things include as jiiru'ijyah g'itihadijyah' should become blessingnot 'adzab' for the modems like what has be exampled by the Islamicjuries themselves, therefore they have make priority for the Islamicsolidarity than thought egoism.
