Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze: 1) the effect of workload on the work atmosphere. 2) the influence of the work environment on the work atmosphere. 3) the effect of work stress on the work atmosphere. 4) the effect of workload on performance. 5) the influence of the work environment on performance. 6) the effect of work stress on performance. 7) the effect of work atmosphere on performance. 8) indirect effect of workload on performance through the work atmosphere. 9) the indirect influence of the work environment on performance through the work atmosphere. 10) the indirect effect of work stress on performance through the work atmosphere. This research is an explanatory correlational observational type. Collecting research data obtained directly from primary sources. The population is employees of 10 home shoe industry entrepreneurs scattered in Puri District, Mojokerto Regency, 10 samples were taken so that there were 100 respondents. Data analysis used path analysis with multiple linear regression econometric modeling. The research findings are: 1) the workload has no effect on the work atmosphere; 2) the work environment has a significant effect on the work atmosphere; 3) work stress has a significant effect on work atmosphere; 4) workload has a significant effect on performance; 5) the work environment has a significant effect on performance; 6) work stress has no effect on performance; 7) work atmosphere has a significant effect on performance; 8) workload has an indirect effect on performance through the work atmosphere as a moderating variable; 9) the work environment has an indirect effect on performance through the work atmosphere as a moderating variable; 10) work stress has an indirect effect on performance through the work atmosphere as a moderating variable.
