S. ; Hadjopoulos, A. A. Abstract Classical white-dwarf models distorted by a magnetic field and differential rotation are computed. A 'complex-plane strategy' and a 'multiple partition technique' adopted by Geroyannis (1988, 1990) are implemented in the computations. Characteristic rotations for various models are presented.
