Abstract

J C Polkinghorne 1980 Cambridge: Cambridge University Press xiv + 131 pp price £11 The models referred to in the title are those based on the Feynman perturbation approach to quantum field theory, to which the Cambridge school has made notable contributions. A brief introductory chapter on the evaluation of Feynman diagrams is followed by an extensive review of their high-energy behaviour and their summation to generate Regge poles and cuts.
