Abstract
The certification of pedagogical and administrative personnel in the educational institutions of Sverdlovsk Oblast is implemented in accordance with the Russian Federation Law "On Education," a decree of the head of administration of Sverdlovsk Oblast and documents of the Department of Education. The certification of pedagogical and administrative personnel in educational institutions takes place in accordance with a package of documents put together by the Institute for the Development of Regional Education [IRRO] and approved by the Department of Education, in three stages.
