Abstract

Development of the microprocessor control system of the electric drive is described in this paper. It includes control of speed and position of the electric drive, its interconnection with technological system via the network equipment and various auxiliary functions. Control of electric drive with a direct current electric motor with independent excitation, a direct current brushless electric motor and a permanent magnet synchronous motor is envisaged. When developing software for a microprocessor control system, a model-oriented programming technique is used. Results of development expand practice of application of model-oriented programming technique, which can be useful for the developers, who do not have experience and qualification of the programmer. It is shown that software of electric drive developed with model-oriented programming technique functionally is not inferior to software developed with conventional programming tools. By sharing of different elements of model-oriented programming tools and custom code functions, software of electric drive control system has been detailed to separate subsystems, thus having kept its mathematical description and the structure debugged at a stage of simulation.
